FAQs and Policies

Straight answers about who we help, how we work, and what happens if things do not go as planned.

Who we help

Who we help, and who we do not

We help
Filipino passport holders, whether you live in the Philippines or abroad
Remote employees, freelancers, and business owners applying for the Digital Nomad Visa
Families and dependents, and 3-year renewals in Spain
NIE, TIE, Schengen visa, and pet travel to Spain

We know the Philippine paperwork inside out: DFA apostilles, NBI clearances, PSA certificates, and consulate workflows.

We do not handle
Student visas or Non-Lucrative Visas (NLV)
General Spanish work permits (cuenta ajena or cuenta propia)
Digital Nomad Visa applications for non-Filipino passport holders
Legal appeals or court representation

Our promise: if we are not the right fit for your case, we will tell you upfront instead of taking your money.

Common questions

Before you book

Looking for income, requirements, or route questions? Those are on the Digital Nomad Visa page.

How do I get started?

Book a consultation call. We look at your situation, tell you honestly if we can help, recommend the right route, and walk you through the full cost.

Can I do it myself instead?

Yes. Our free DIY Guide covers the full roadmap, and you can ask questions in our Facebook community even if you do not hire us.

How will we communicate once I sign up?

You get a personal client dashboard with your checklist and timeline, plus unlimited WhatsApp support.

How fast do you reply?

Our target is 1 to 12 hours for active clients. Keeping our client list small is what makes this possible.

Why do you only take 15 clients at a time?

So every file gets careful, hands-on review. Most rejections come from paperwork mistakes, and that takes time to catch.

Do you still help after I arrive in Spain?

Yes. Every Digital Nomad Visa package includes after-approval guidance, and we also offer NIE and TIE support.

Do you help with other visas?

We focus on the Digital Nomad Visa, plus Schengen visas, NIE, TIE, and pet travel. We do not handle student visas, Non-Lucrative Visas, or general work permits.

Our policies

How we keep things fair

The full terms are in your service agreement. Here is what they mean in plain words.

01

Only 15 clients at a time

We keep our client list small so every application gets hands-on attention, from your first call until your TIE card is in your hands. Active clients get a personal dashboard, personalized onboarding, and replies within 1 to 12 hours as our target.

02

No hidden fees

After your consultation call, you will know the full cost of your move: our service fee, documents, travel, and stays. No surprise charges later.

03

If your application is denied

No consultant can guarantee approval. The final decision always belongs to the Spanish authorities (UGE or the Spanish consulate). If you receive a refusal:

We review the official reasons and tell you honestly if reapplying or another route makes sense.
If you need a legal appeal, we refer you to an accredited Spanish immigration lawyer.
If you choose not to reapply, 50% of your service fee is refunded.
04

Consultant, not a lawyer

Alex is a Digital Nomad Visa consultant and application specialist, not an immigration lawyer. We help you plan, organize, and submit a complete application based on real experience. This is not legal advice or legal representation. For appeals or court cases, we refer you to qualified Spanish immigration lawyers.
